π§Ύ Custom Products β All Sales Are Final
- All products are custom-manufactured to client specifications.
- All sales are final once production begins.
- Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect has occurred.
π¦ Refund Eligibility
- The issue must be a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect size, material, or print that differs from the approved proof).
- The customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Clear photographic evidence and the order number are required.
Please Note:
- Damage incurred during shipping is not covered, as all shipments are handled by third-party carriers.
- Minor color variations due to digital displays and standard printing processes are not considered defects.
π Reprints & Replacements
- If a verified issue is found, Manhattan Packaging may offer a free reprint of the affected item(s).
- Shipping charges related to reprints may apply and are the customerβs responsibility.
- A reprint may not be issued if the original product falls within acceptable industry standards.
π« Non-Refundable Issues
- Color variations caused by screen settings or print tolerances
- Errors in artwork, text, or layout submitted by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities
- Damage during transit
- Customer dissatisfaction with design choices once approved
βοΈ Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started.
- Once the final production proof is approved and production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
π International Shipments & Customs
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Manhattan Packaging is not liable for customs-related delays or charges.
