Manhattan Packaging primarily offers packaging products and solutions. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use or access this website.

Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any unauthorized use.

Order Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and Manhattan Packaging is not responsible for delays. Customers may need to provide customs documentation if required.

Production Costs

Pricing may change due to fluctuations in material, labor, and design costs. Updates will be made accordingly.

Custom Clearance

Customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes related to imports. Manhattan Packaging is not liable for such charges.

Refunds & Returns

Refund requests are subject to inspection. Damage during shipping does not qualify for a refund. Accepted cases include manufacturing defects.

Artwork & Graphics

All artwork must be in CMYK format, 1:1 scale, and a minimum of 300 DPI. Manhattan Packaging is not responsible for errors due to improper file formats.

Color Accuracy & Proofing

Variations in color may occur due to printing processes. These differences do not qualify as printing errors.

Payments

Accepted payment methods:

• -Credit Card (for US-based customers via Stripe)
• -Wire Transfer (for international customers)

Order Cancellations

Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled. All sales are final.

Re-printing

If a reprint is necessary due to a verified issue, we will provide a replacement. Shipping costs for reprints are the customer's responsibility.
