Acceptance of Terms

Manhattan Packaging provides packaging products and solutions. By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the site.

Registration

To access certain features of the website, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity under your account. Manhattan Packaging is not liable for any unauthorized use of your credentials.

Order Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. All shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Manhattan Packaging is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers. Customers may be required to provide customs documentation, where applicable.

Production

Lead times vary depending on the type and quantity of boxes ordered. Production will not commence until the customer has reviewed and approved the final production sheet. Once the customer approves the final production sheet, the lead time will begin. Any delays in approval may result in a delay in the production schedule. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, production may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, equipment issues, or external vendor delays. Manhattan Packaging reserves the right to fulfill production either locally or through its overseas facilities, depending on availability and logistical efficiency

Production Costs

All pricing is subject to change based on fluctuations in material, labor, and design costs. Manhattan Packaging reserves the right to update pricing accordingly

Custom Clearance

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipments. Manhattan Packaging shall not be held liable for any customs-related delays or charges.

Refunds & Returns

All refund or return requests are subject to inspection and approval. Damage incurred during shipping does not qualify for a refund. Refunds are only issued in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Artwork & Graphics

All submitted artwork must be in CMYK color format, at a 1:1 scale, and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Manhattan Packaging is not responsible for errors resulting from improper file formats or resolution.

Color Accuracy & Proofing

Minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and printing processes. Such variations are not considered printing errors and do not qualify for reprinting or refunds.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• -Credit Card (via Stripe for U.S.-based customers)
• -Wire Transfer (for international customers)

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. All sales are final.

Reprinting

If a reprint is warranted due to a verified issue, a replacement will be provided. Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to reprints.
